my 10 year baby girl's toung is very dirty ..please suggest how to clean ??

A. No problem Take leukworm water Wrap clean cotton cloth to ur index finger Soak cloth with this water and gently clean babys tongue Twice a day. Do gum massage ar the same time It will help for easy eruption of teeth
