my 10 months old baby pooping like this and he has fever and stomachache. which food we have to feed to him. and why he poops like this

Hi Without any reference of picture I will not be able to understand that so I’m just going to advise you to consult your child paediatrician because if your child is having vomiting fever and diarrhoea kind of a thing together then it’s mostly due to a stomach infection only
