Q.
my 10 months old baby had fever yesterday but again the temperature was normal from morning so I didn't give her the medicine .... my in-laws were like ..'u should give her the dose for four times a day ' .... should I still give her the medicine even if the temperature is ok or did I do the right thing by not giving the medicine.... plz plz plz lem me knw

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. it need to be seen by Temperature more then 99 degree is fever. Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 to 8 hourly for fever . Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 to 5 days . other wise consult a doctor near by.
