My 10 months lil daughter has got redness and pimple like spots in her genital area. Its on the whole vaginal lip. I do use diaper from day one but never came across such issue. I keep changing her diaper and pat dry the area before new diaper. Also i have used b4 nappy rash cream and coconut oil everytime i change diaper. I went to a doc and he gave two syrups and one ointment but 7 days gone no effect on my daughter. She is irritated all the time. Any suggestions
