Q.

my 10 month son doesn't swallow food, pockets it in his mouth. have tried feeding him after longer periods either he refuses or pockets it in his mouth. kindly tell me if it's something of a consern. thank you.

U definitely should get the haemoglobin level checked for the child because it seems like your child doesn’t feel hungry at all and just keeps it into the mouth so that you know you just don’t force so once you get the haemoglobin level check you have a better idea about what to do in the meanwhile till the time we do not get it done just teach your child how to chew the food by showing mouth gestures and how you are eating and keep the consistency Semi-liquid so that the child has to take it
