Q.
my 10 month old son arches his back for the past couple of days, especially when i try to lift him and while feeding too. He twists his body a lot . He doesn't cry while doing so.he just tilt his head backward . we are worried it might cause any injury to him. what could cause this in him? Is this normal?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Sometimes your baby might arch their back because they don't want to be held or fed. This kind of body stiffening could be a sign to put them down or change position. Some babies have strong back muscles and this may be the easiest way — other than crying — for their body to tell you what they want.
