My 10 month old has fever from yesterday night also have running nose n sneezing a lot Temperature was 99.3 underarm Gave him paracetamol drops in the morning but again he is having fever Do I need to visit doctor?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is nine months of age if the baby is having fever and cold you can give febrex plus drops to the baby 0.6 ml 3 times a day if there is no relief you may consult a doctor
