my 10 month old baby used to say papa mamma but now she has stopped saying anything and just makes noise like "woooo". is it normal?

Try to communicate with your child try to push your child to speak more repeat behind you and also check if your child responding to its name making an eye contact while you talk if all these things are there then there is no problem just communicate more and more
