my 10 month old baby cut his finger in razor and his skin peel came out little and and started bleeding,what i do in his wounds,which oinment i use for him or should i go for vaccine?plz suggest

A. thi sneed it be seen . Any Near by physician or doctor should be consulted for proper examination and no any medicine should be taken by your own as it may harm due to any side effect .
