My 10 month baby is not eating food properly. She just take 2 3 bites then stats spitting. So i want to ask is this because of worm in stomach. Should i give a medicine for worm

She does not necessarily because of worms in that case child passes the motion mostly they do not spit a food when they spit up food that means they’re not liking the food so I think maybe you’re not adding salt into the food or giving tasteless food and that’s the reason that your child is behaving like this
