my 10 month baby has a white patch on hand. what could it be. Should I get it checked with doctor?? kindly suggest

White patches generally are due to dryness in the skin apply any good cream or moisturiser that is going to help in reducing down the white spots over the period and if it doesn’t happen then it may be due to another reason so please check with your doctor for further assistance
