Q.

My 10 month baby boy very high fever from last 30 Hrs and his mouth as well as full body have small pimple.why

A. it may be any viral infection that may call the fever and it may remain for 2 to 3 days at least so you can give paracetamol for the fever 3 to 4 times in a day
