my 10 mnth baby 's body is hot but in thermomiter temperature is 98 or 98.2 ..poty is little soft than usual.but fore head,head and back side body is too much hot..can not under stand what happen and what to do.please suggest..

A. it s absolutely normal temperature of baby baby on touch can have warm sole forehead and is a normal thing . Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines .
