Q.

my 1 yr child had high fever for 2 days , Dr seen said viral fever, now there is no temperature but cough is present and vomiting is present with cough and gas is also present, what to do?

A. Due to climate changes as well as temperature variations this can occur in children. For cold give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child. andf give nasal saline drops every 4 hourly to the child. Meet your doctor if there is no improvdement in few days and go for home remedies like Tulsi ginger water and turmeric with milk. s
