my 1 yr 09 months old daughter have these type of small pimples all over her belly and now they are spreading on her hand I am using himalaya baby powder but still no effect on these small pimples, she doesn't have itch in these. please advice sir

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
