My 1 year old has fever for one night with 101F after that she has no fever but she's been pooping yellowish green mucusy poop for 3 to 4 times a day for past 5 days sometimes she passes greenish watery poop ...other than that she's is normal

A lot of green and yellow motion if it is a loose motion specially and mucus can be seen can be associated with stomach infection so currently the best that you can do for your child to get examined by the doctor to start with correct treatment for your child
