my 1 year old daughter is not eating anything even not drinking milk at all what could be the reason

Teething Or molars either of the two can definitely be the reason so if you just check the gums of your child probably you’ll be more sure about it otherwise if it is required you can definitely consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same then give you better advice after assessing your child
