Q.
my 1 year old daughter has severe cough and runny nose ,she had fever but it's subsided 2 days back now she has severe cough and runny nose, doctor prescribed ambrodil syrup but she is not having appetite,she is not drinking water too,she is just throwing whatever I'm feeding her ,she is looking tired . she is drinking only breastmilk ,can I give formula milk ?please help me out..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is hujjgiven.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhgalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
