ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom as the child is now one year old no much restrictions as such for them from now on, what ever you make at home for the family can be given now fresh fruit milk shakes , stuff paranthas, dry fruits and nuts C whole eggs , lentils and legumes
