A. inhalation therapy for the baby and appropriate antibiotics Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. hi mom. if the child has excessive secretions in the chest and if it is coming out through the nose then please consult with the pediatrician as your child might need antibiotics if it is infection. as your child is very small it's always better to go to the pediatrician and get the medicine prescribed than doing self medication
