my 1 year old baby boy .. is on formula milk.. (from birth) but now problem is that .. at night he takes a lot of time to sleep .. please give some tips to help him sleep ...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to make a regular by feeding your baby well before sleep and massaging the foot of the baby during the particular time of sleep and cut of the screen timeand further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
