My 1 year daughter is having high fever die to chest congestion.. what medicine can be given as antibiotics

Antibiotics can only be suggested by the paediatrician after physically examining the child never ever give antibiotics from your own side they can have a bad impact on the liver of the child if you give it unnecessarily check with your doctor suggest you the medicine and the dosage to be followed
