my 1 year daughter had fallen from the bed

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided ahgs it can lead to some chronic ymanifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. So check whether your child has got hurt or not because this way we cannot figure out what has happened so check for that if your child is crying or not able to bear the pain then you can go ahead with giving paracetamol to their child but you will have to get a check with your
