My 1 year baby having red pimples around the neck since 4 days and it’s increasing. Please let me know the reason if any one faced the same

You can apply candid testing powder on this and apply 3 to 5 times in the day child is having some kind of an allergy or infection so is going to be good as of now to use regularly apart from that also you can use calamine lotion on the skin of the child that is also going to be good
