my 1 year baby have constipation,he poop like nuts.so kindly suggest me some tips to control his constipation..

You can give more of fluids to the child and fibre to the child which is what is going to be good and healthy as of now because with which only the child is going to gain sufficient amount of hydration in the body which would be easier for the child to poop
