My 1 year baby girl's quantity of food consumption is very inconsistent. She rejects some kinds of food completely. Are there any tips to create interest in her without forever feeding them to her?

A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates ttoo make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. You can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

A. U First try to find out what your child likes to eat and accordingly you prepare a variety of the same thing and that’s what is going to help and add proper spices and flavours to the food because kids also like to have tasteful food and prepare the consistency according to the liking of your child
