Q.
My 1 year 9 months son , everytime he fall down band his head on wall or bed and got hurt in head and bumps comes.what will I do?If I rubed ice then he start coughing.Kindly give solution.

also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor.
it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications related xto injury.
you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops.
you cazn apply warm compresses over any swelling.
if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
