Q.

my 1 year 3 months old twins wake up every two/three hours during night. and they don't sleep until they drink milk. they eat dinner well (1 small paratha /1 bowl of rice). what more can be done so that they don't get up often at night?

A. thank you for answer. we do give them vegetables / dal with rice or chapati. or vegetable parathas. but still they wake up. will try to give water.

A. try giving glassful of buffalo milk before sleeping ok. there is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to your particular sleeping pattern do not worry as long as the baby is taking feeding normally and weight ga

A. See apart from Chapati and rice give proper vegetables and pulses or whatever you’re making make a full proper meal for the child of the kids are waking up like this then try to give water instead of milk because kids are not necessarily hungry in the night for milk yet if it is not working then give another milk if you are giving breastfeeding or formula shift to animal milk and see if that helps
