Q.
My 1 Year 2 months old baby boy is suffering cold and cough with fever. for first 3 days doctor suggested maxtra p and meftal p. and after he give agumentin duo and maxtra p and ascoril ls junior. but fever comes and goes. he is not eating food. how can the flum come out he is swallowing.

Samreen khanMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hii.. same situation with my son he is also 14 months my son dr has given paracetamol ip 120 - 5 mn 4 time per day sinreast for cold 3 times 2ml ... clamp -4 ml.. 2 time if fever is 101 above then same meftal for cough Mucolite 5 ml - 5 dys

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatmfent you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evalctuation .
