my 1 year 11 month daughter is unable to sleep at night and tapping hand on her vagina no of times what's the issue I am not getting

A. you need to check whether maybe is having any infection or redness at the site if there is no problem then just maintain proper hygiene by cleaning it 3 to 4 times in a day with normal water
