My 1 month son is very gassy and has constipation too. Please suggest a medicine or remedy.

A. No problem if baby is passing adequate urine. If baby is active and playful,  no fever,  passing adequate urine ie.  minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or  15 times per day-  both conditions are totally normal. and for gas- Feed ur baby with proper position.   Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.   Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time  If still issue persist then   Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed). Maximum 4times per day.
