my 1 month old nephew is used to drinking expressed BM from paladai since birth. He had medical condition due to which he was not able to latch. Now, when we try to latch him directly onto breast, with and w/o nipple shield he cries and rejects the nipple. Any solutions to help baby learn to suckle and take direct feed? will transition to bottle feed then to direct nipple help?
