Q.

my 1 month old baby is not able to take feed properly as my nipple is very elongated and she is not able to suck the milk properly . doctor advised nipple shield but it is also not useful . It pains a lot as she keeps biting bcz she is not able to suck properly

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to continue using nipple shield you can also use electronic breast pump to express the milk and then it can be given to the child through a feeding bottle
