my 1 month baby is sleeping on his side is it safe?

Sleeping on the side is not a problem but not sleeping on the one side because that is going to be a problem because if you make your child sleep on one side constantly then due to pressure the head will become Flat to keep changing the position left right back left right back left back right however it is comfortable
