my 1.7 year old baby girl teeth i comming out, and having diarrhoea. she doesn't cry much but cry a lil bit. whats the reason.?

babies suffer with loose motions during teething phase due to stomach infection.
kid's feel irritated due to itching in the gums by the erupting teeth and they tend to put everything in mouth to get relief from this itching. this leads to stomach infection and loose motions.
try to maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child to prevent such problems.
