My 1.7 month old baby is having fever 101.2 from last 5days she gets fever every 6 to 8 hours after medicine ( sinarest plus ) dr says to watch more 2days What to do.? If its viral fever how long does it take .?

Sinarist is the medicine for cold basically it’s an anti allergy so why are you giving this only when there is fever for fever you should give proper paracetamol so I am really not understanding the medicines that you are giving to the child and leave the fever and subside within three days generally advised to go for further assessment as it’s mostly associated with viral so please follow with your doctor recommended
