Q.

my 1.5year old baby has fever from yesterday..the highest was 102.7 I have given her paracetamol ...now it's 101.6 ...if she still continues to have fever then is it ok to put meftal p?or should I just continue with paracetamol

A. high parent Your kid is one and half yr and is having continuous fever, so kindly continue oral paracetamol along with tepid sponging witb wet cloth, make sure temperature goes down below 100 , duration between successive doses of paracetamol must be atleast 4 hrs....otehrwise can give oral meftal p after some food intake
