my 1.5 yrs old baby boy keep touching his private area. I have checked with his pediatrician and he has suggested one cream. he is uncircumcised and also I have not pulled back his skin. I just wash during bath by slightly pulling it. is it causing issue? my mother is saying as I have not pulled his skin it is causing him issue. I am really worried please guide. also his urine color is pale yellow. he drinks a lot of water and there is no issue in water in take. please guide.
