My 1.5 year son speaks words such as Appa akka Thatha anna and name of his cousin but never amma and he do hifive shake hand but not waving , he waves randomly as he wish but very rarely he responds to certain commands sometimes not, any suggestion to improve his conversation

A. interact with your baby more and more and babies start to speak from 20 by three years of age so do not worry because every baby is different in achieving his developmental milestones
