my 1.4 years old baby's fingers and palm is tasting bitter. can I know why???

A. Well that is actually very difficult to say maybe the hands are dirty then wash Da hands properly still if you face similar kind of a problem with the child then you should get a check with your doctor ones because without an assessment I cannot tell you what could be the reason
