my 1.3 year old baby girl has teeth grown on top of another tooth, i have attached the picture of her tooth..please guide if this is serious issue

A. Hi consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition.. if there is any history of trauma to teeth, discuss with your kids's dentist.. maintain good oral hygiene
