My 1.1 year old baby had fever since last 6 days, it went upto 103 degree fehrenheit. today is the 6th night and now her temperature has come down to 96.6. I am a bit confused and worried whether it is normal or not. please suggest and help .

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetagmol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as tgthe first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
