Q.

"multiple tiny peripherally arranged follicles seen in both ovaries with echogenic central stroma" this is my impression for the recent ultrasound... does this impression means that I have pcod ???

A. PCOD. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
