Maam save the situation is that bad I would recommend you definitely to visit your doctor for proper treatment and medicine for home remedies you can take ginger juice and honey three times in the day apart from that it would be good for you to do gargle regularly and prefer having warm water through the day this is also going to be quite benefiting in the current situation
