Protein, calcium, iron,fibre foods along with lactating foods (if you are lactating).
Fresh fruits and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, fluids, water.
Less sleep,less intake of Water, fluids, using screens nearby or in dim lights (mobile, laptop,tab ) or else any usage (unsuitability) of new products.
Applying Coconut water, cucumber grate or cucumber slices, potato grate or extract around the eye area avoid eyelids if you use grate .
Have more water, fluids , fruits and vegetables (salads, soups, juices) , having adequate sleep 7-8 hours daily.
