A. yes it's normal. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. It takes time to get normalised. Sometimes it occurs in next month or sometimes it takes more time. Keep eating good n healthy diet.

A. It is absolutely normal to have your periods as early as 4 weeks post delivery irrespective you had vaginal delivery or c section. And some may not experience periods till 6-8 months or while they breastfeed. Kindly have good nutritional food , physical activities and multivitamins as prescribed by the doctor . Enjoy the motherhood journey .

A. hello mom can start with the period within few months after delivery or some moms may not start with the period even for a year or as long as breastfeeding the baby and it is absolutely nothing to worry and it is totally normal and not a problem
