Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. hi, please don't self medicate your child. for cold and cough,I will suggest some remedies which may help you: 1.keep your child well hydrated 2.apply onion extract on your child's chest back and sole for it ,take onion,grate it in clean cotton clothe and then heat the tava ,place that pouch on tava for few minutes and gently pat the pouch on your child's chest back and sole. make sure the pouch should not be too hot. 3.dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. 4.avoid cold and windy climate. 5.provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
