#askthepert How much day time sleeps does 7 month old baby need?? How many naps also??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl9 months agoA. Oh well if your child is sleeping for a minimum of 12 hours also then that is very good somewhere around 8 to 10 hours to 12 hours are good enough you can give two or three naps to the child if your child needs to take it otherwise one in the day and definitely a proper one in the night would be good
