Q.

Mu baby is 3 month old . As per my paediatric doctor only vitamin d i m giving her. One time gripe water as she is taking formula milk. Lactase enzyme also 4 times a day i m giving her. Any other multivitamin-or iron is needed now?? Or not required

A. no dear, not needed. continue vit d till 1 year. Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies .. It contains protective substances that give her immunity to diseases.In the early stages of a baby’s life, breast milk meets all of her nutrient needs.

A. I m not having sufficient breast milk so i m giving her formul milk aslo 4 ,5 times breast milk afteror before formula milk as it is not sufficient

A. good evening I would not recommend you to try to give your baby gripe water it is not a doll considered to be a safe option by the doctors these days it is advisable to totally avoid giving it
