mu baby girl is 4 months old but still her gut is in liquid state and also she is pooping like more than 5 times a day.does this needs to be concerned

If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, gaining weight then no need to worry.
This is due to immature digestive system which will be fine as the baby grows up.
If anything unusual then consult your doctor for the same
